Much of my intensive work integrates Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), a research-backed therapy that helps the brain and body reprocess painful experiences so they no longer carry the same emotional charge. EMDR uses bilateral stimulation (such as eye movements, tapping, or tones) to help both hemispheres of the brain communicate, facilitating natural healing.

I also integrate the following (based on the needs of the individual client):
